This Coin Vortex Privacy Policy governs the privacy relations between you (“Client” or “you”) and any holding company, subsidiary or entity belonging to the Coin Vortex group of companies (“Coin Vortex” or “we”), in regard to how we process and protect your personal data as you use the Coin Vortex Services provided on any Coin Vortex website, including https://coinvortex.live/ (the “Website”), mobile application(s), Coin Vortex application programming interfaces (“APIs”) or third party applications relying on our API (together, our “Apps”) and any other official Coin Vortex communication channel including the content and services made available on or through the same, and any updates, upgrades, and versions thereof, and constitutes a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between the parties. DEFINITIONS Controller means any holding company, subsidiary or entity belonging to the Coin Vortex group of companies, which may have the capacity of a personal data controller for the purpose of this Privacy Policy; Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data when it processes data on behalf of the Controller; Coin Vortex Platform means any Coin Vortex website, mobile application(s) and any other official Coin Vortex communication channel, including the content and services made available on or through the same, and any updates, upgrades, and versions thereof; Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier.

III. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We adhere to a straightforward principle: the less we know about you, the better. There’s no surveillance here. Unlike Binance, we do not disclose, sell, or provide your information to any governmental bodies.
Our security measures are exceptionally robust. By decentralizing data storage, your information is distributed—if authorities try to access our systems, they will encounter nothing related to you.

You are in control of your information. You can view, modify, or delete it whenever you wish—it's hassle-free. We only gather essential data to ensure our services function effectively for you. Your personal details, identity, and transactions are your concern; we don't need access to them. We’ll always explain why we request certain information and seek your consent beforehand.

Coin Vortex may ask for your Personal Data in order to;

Coin Vortex shall reply without undue delay to the following rights;

Rectification – you have the right to correct inaccurate Personal Data and/or complete incomplete Personal Data. Deletion/Erasure – you have the right to delete your account or request to erasure of Personal Data (the right to be forgotten). Coin Vortex shall take reasonable steps to delete your account or information shared. VI. MISCELLANEOUS

Our services are not directed to persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) years old or of legal age to enter into contractual relations with Coin Vortex (whichever is later) hereinafter “Children”, “Child” and we do not knowingly collect or process the Personal Data of Children. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered Personal Data from a Child, we will proceed to remove that information from our records.
